Day 1: Tear-Off & Dry-In

Crew starts at sunrise. Old shingles are removed straight into the dump trailer. Decking is inspected and rotted sheets replaced. Ice & water shield goes in valleys, around all penetrations, and along eaves. Synthetic underlayment covers the entire deck. By end of day the roof is fully watertight, even before shingles go on.

Day 2: Install & Detail Work

New drip edge, starter strip, shingles, ridge cap, ridge vent, pipe boots, and step flashing all install. The project manager documents everything with photos for warranty and (if applicable) insurance.

Final Walkthrough & Magnetic Sweep
