2.) Are they insured? Many roofers say they are insured, but often do not actually carry the correct type of general liability or workman’s compensation insurance policies. Feel free to ask for a copy of our policy! We’ll gladly share it with you.

3.) What kind of warranty or guarantee do they offer? At Triumph, we offer a 5 year workmanship & labor guarantee. This guarantee covers not only the roof, but anything that may be damaged as a result of a leak due to our error.

4.) Do they know how to properly inspect a roof for storm damage? Our team at Triumph works with many customers that have damage due to hail, wind, tornadoes, etc. and we will work with your insurance company to make sure our estimate lines up with theirs.

5.) Do they have good reviews online? Nowadays, you can easily tell good companies from bad ones by doing a few quick searches online. Generally speaking, it is wise to stay away from any companies with less than a 4 star rating online.
